Our company’s core business is the procurement & management of high volume transactions across a wide range of commodities and services. This focus allows corporate purchasing departments to optimize and execute their primary commodity strategies and negotiations. Global Parts and Maintenance was established in 1997 by Rudy Ureste and Gary Salowich and has been minority owned since. We were founded on hard work, and honesty, we strive to bring these qualities to our customers daily. From humble beginnings GP&M has grown to be a worldwide automotive supplier and continues to grow as a supplier to corporations located throughout North America.
Background
Since our establishment in 1997, GP&M has grown to hold a significant market impact in the manufacturing industry. With over 3,000 transactions processed a month and connections to 40,000 vendors worldwide – GP&M has become a Key Aligned Business Framework Supplier for our largest customers. Notably, we have been recognized with World excellence silver awards as a supplier – and recognized for excellent service in the plants we supply.
Global Parts & Maintenance holds an MBE certification from the National Minority Supplier Development Council – and actively serves on the board of the Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
