About the Role

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Order Management Specialist. The primary responsibility is efficiently handling a high volume of time-sensitive purchase orders. The role’s focus is diligent tracking, timely delivery of orders and accurate reporting. We seek a self-motivated individual who exemplifies our core values, enjoys coordinating efforts with others and thrives in a fast pace setting. A proactive mindset is key.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Confirm all orders have been received by the intended vendors
• Maintain shipping status on all orders
• Report expected ship dates to customers
• Accurate and efficient data entry
• Assist internal teams with time sensitive or problematic orders
• Prepare, share and deliver proof of delivery confirmation documents
• Develop a strong relationship with the customer and supplier base
• Create reports, evaluate data, forecast possible outcomes, and take action


QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excel experience is required
• Microsoft Power BI is preferred
• Highly organized and accurate
• Deadline and Detail Orientated
• Self-starter who can work well in a team setting and independently
• Ability to stay focused and on-task
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in an office setting preferred
